For nearly 40 years, Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity has partnered with local families to build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. Now, we’re reaching an especially exciting milestone: Home #100.

Currently under construction in Eastlake, Home #100 represents much more than one house. It represents 100 local families who have worked toward the dream of homeownership—and the thousands of volunteers, donors, businesses and community partners who helped make those homes possible.

And the story of Home #100 is still being written.

The future homeowner who will one day call Home #100 their own will join Habitat’s Homeownership Program, working alongside volunteers, completing sweat equity hours and preparing for the responsibilities of owning a home. For that individual or family, this milestone will mark the beginning of an entirely new chapter.

As construction continues, every wall painted, every hour volunteered and every dollar donated brings us closer—not only to completing our 100th home, but to building Homes #101, #102 and beyond.

Help us build what’s next through a donation, business sponsorship, Faith Build partnership, or by volunteering your time on the build site.
