First Come, First Served All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We can hold an item for one hour while you shop. ReStore has a 7 day refund policy on most items. ​ Exceptions for Large Appliances Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, and ovens) include a 30-day warranty and may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original dated sales receipt. For items held for later pickup, the return period begins on the date of purchase, not the pickup date. For questions or to request a copy of this policy, please speak with management. Pickup and Refund Policy You must present your original sales receipt at the time of pickup. All purchased items must be picked up within 5 business days of purchase. Items not picked up within this timeframe will be ineligible for refund or store credit and will be considered a donation to the ReStore. The standard 7-day refund policy does not apply to items left beyond the pickup window.
