Open Position: ReStore Manager
Overview:
The ReStore Store Manager oversees all aspects of Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore operations, ensuring efficient management of sales, donations, staff, and volunteers while promoting a positive and mission-driven environment.
Compensation & Schedule:

Full-time, non-exempt (40+ hours/week, including Saturdays and occasional evenings)

Starting salary: $53,000/year

Location: Willowick, OH (on-site; relocation required if not local)

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management: Lead sales, merchandising, and donation processes; maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store; train and develop staff; ensure adequate staffing and adherence to budgets.

Operations & Administration: Track and analyze sales; set pricing; manage budgets and purchasing; maintain donor relationships; coordinate marketing and advertising efforts; ensure facility safety and compliance.

Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers in collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator; foster a positive, educational environment for all volunteers.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with team supervision.

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
-
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media and marketing.
-
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
-
Background check required.
